Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us at thirteensstudio@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, outer packaging and shipping label. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.

Returns
If you wish to return an eligible item, contact us first before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging. Because cups and tableware are fragile, returned items must be packed securely.

Non-returnable situations
We may not be able to accept returns for used items, items damaged after delivery due to misuse, or items returned without prior contact.

Return shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country.
