Shipping Policy

We currently ship selected products to customers in the Netherlands and other supported European destinations shown at checkout.

Order processing
Orders are usually prepared for shipment after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on stock availability and product type. If an item requires additional handling time, this will be communicated on the product page or by email.

Shipping rates and delivery times
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order details. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, customs checks or incorrect delivery information.

Fragile item packing
Cups and tableware are fragile items. We pack products carefully to reduce the risk of damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged item.

Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
